Hey Luvs!!!! Have you noticed the tropical print take out currently on the scene? All over are the cool prints of bright green palm trees, vibrant yellow pineapples and lush fushia florals. It's everywhere I turn and it's forcing me into the mindset of a tropical vacation slipping on fruity rum flavored drinks while listening to waves crashing ashore (Can you see it?). This is definitely the type of vacation I need to be taking soon…very soon. For now, I will work out my tropical feelings with a little help from the Le Tropique collection from my Chloe + Isabel merchandiser SweetHomeBling.
In today’s post we take a quick getaway inspired by some of these beautiful pieces from the collection and talk about easy vacation wear.
Outfit Details: Dress: Old ASOS Curve| Jacket: TJMaxx| Shoes: BORN via DSW| Bag: TJMaxx
There is one piece of clothing that I cannot live without when on vacations and trips...The Maxi Dress. I'm a huge maxi dress fan during the summer, nothing can be easier than pulling out a maxi dress, fun accessories, a lite jacket and wedges for an easy day doing whatever with friends and family. This look works for causal touring, shopping and sightseeing. I also use this dress as a swim cover up when I hit the beach.
Finding piece thay work well with this look was pretty easy. SweetHomeBling really help you figure out which piece will work for you. Now let's talk about this collection.....This collections is EVERYTHING!!!! The perfect pieces for a tropical getaway or resort fun. I chose pieces from the Lunette set within the collection. Beautifully crafted pieces reminiscent of lunar activity. Rich creams and grey mixing with moon like shapes set in soft antique gold. This collection has the ability to be mixed up with denim, creams and brights. See more from this collection here.
