Happy Friday Pretty Girls!!!
This week's post is for the comic fans! I finally had the opportunity to join forces with my Marvel loving fan girls, Crystal Coons of Sometimes Glam and Sabrina Servance of Big Women Big Love and the results: A Iron Babe Collaboration featuring the Limited Edition Marvel By Her jacket from Torrid.com.
If you follow me on social network, you know I am a huge comic fan and sometimes I can be found in comic book stores looking through the latest editions getting my life right and other times just on all the comic blogs getting the tea on the latest Marvel news. So when Crystal showed me this jacket from Torrid, I had to get it. Really? I am Pepper, not Potts but a girl has a dream. And this jacket confirms, I'm a bad ass member of Stark Industries.
Let's talk about this jacket for a minute because it is everything!! The perfect bomber to be exact. I'm wearing a size 2 and if I was thinking correctly I would've gotten the 3 or 4 just so I can wear it with a thicker top. The pintucking on the sleeve and the sateen feel is pure comic girly perfection. I just need to get my own Tony Stark and this would be a done deal.
Since I was being all girlly and stuff I went with a date night approach. I paired the jacket with my my vintage Marvel tee that I scored at a thrift store and a slim fitting pencil skirt from It's Fashion and Patent Pump for a night out.
Yes, the jacket has a little something for you in the back as well. So damn official!
The life of a fan girls can sometime be a lonely one but when you fine two girls that dig what you love you doing it together is so awesome!!
